As far as I know, the only 2 were Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas(he replied to one of the lucky fans). Yup, Justin Bieber replies and talk to regular people like us, on Twitter. His eyes are so magical. Its like wow. He nearly got arrested by the police, just because he doesn't wanna disappoint his fans. He's really sad and down when he disappoints his fans. He is extremely grateful and thankful or whatever he has and whoever he is now. He doesn't lip-sync.
